Made of DuraHide Vegan Leather, equipped with 4 grab handles and shoulder support harness, with textile straps.

It is curved and allows practicing and perfecting the techniques of fists, legs, elbows, knees.

It has solid grip handles and the X support harness ensures maximum protection for the person holding the shield.

Its thickness is 20 cm, filled with foam in 3 layers, of different densities, it absorbs very well the shocks caused by blows.

Ideal if you train in MMA, Kickboxing, Karate, Kraw Maga.
