  • Contract Terms

    • The display of our products in the online shop does not represent a mandatory offer from a legal point of view, but rather an online catalog with a non-mandatory character. When you click the button “Order and pay”, you place a mandatory order for the products. You also agree under the terms and conditions that, in case we will accept your order, you will pay the order in the amount displayed at the checkout. 


    Confirmation of receipt of the order is issued immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We will accept the order after sending a confirmation of the order by e-mail or by sending the products within two days.


  • Instructions regarding Contract Termination

    1. Right of withdrawal

    By law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, enters into physical possession of the goods.


    To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Knockout Store, Tel .: 0722408286, email: office@knock-out.ro) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the withdrawal model below; however, its use is not mandatory.



    In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


    1. Consequences of withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. 


    We will make this refund using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to other means; In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund. We may defer refund until the date we receive the products back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, with the nearest date being valid.


    You can return the products or hand them over to DHL EXPRESS, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the products are returned before the expiration of the 14-day period.


    We will bear the cost of returning the goods.


    You are only responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from the handling, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and operation of the products.


    1. Exceptions for the Withdrawal right: 

    In accordance with art. 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which were not prefabricated and which require the individual choice or determination of the consumer. Also, it doesn not apply on items which are clearly customized, as well as for contracts on the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return because of health reasons, protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery.


    1. Right of return until 30 days from the receipt of the products:

    In addition to the legal right of withdrawal mentioned above, we grant you a return guarantee for the period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Thus, you can cancel the contract after the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins the day after receipt of the goods), as long as the goods are in their original packaging, have not been used or damaged and they do not constitute goods made according to the consumer's specifications, customized or goods which are not suitable for return for health protection reasons, hygiene or if they have been unsealed after delivery. The shipment is sufficient to meet the deadline.

    The return guarantee agreed by the contract does not affect your rights and legal claims. In particular, your legal right of withdrawal and your legal guarantee rights remain unchanged, whether the goods are in original packaging or not.


    1. Shipping terms

    Deliveries are validin Europe. Delivery is made through the DHL courier service.


    1. Guarantee


    If the delivered goods have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including defects in the shipment, please lodge a complaint immediately with us or with the employee of the carrier delivering the goods.


    However, failure to file a complaint has no effect on your legal rights. For all defects in your purchased goods that occur during the legal warranty period, you have the option to request the goods to be brought into conformity, defects to be removed / a new delivery and - if the legal requirements are met - other requests for price reduction or withdrawal from contract and, in the event of damages, recovery of damages and reimbursement of your expenses.


    1. Shipping costs

    Your order is shipped with a fee of 15€ or 19€ for Express Shipping 

    If your order contains a punching bag, shipping cost will be 50€

    1. Payment

    Payment can be made mainly via Stripe, via credit / debit card (MasterCard and Visa) and Paypal. We reserve the right to offer specific payment methods only for the requested delivery, for example, only methods to insure our credit risk.


  • Credit card payment

    Pay immediately during the order process by entering your credit card details. Once shipped, your credit card will be debited with the amount actually invoiced, after deducting discounts, as the case may be, vouchers, etc. Goods that have been customized according to the customer's specifications or that are clearly personalized lead to the immediate debit of your credit card with the actual amount invoiced after deducting discounts, vouchers, etc.




    1. Prices

    Our prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.


    1. Property terms

    Until full payment is made, the goods remain under our property.


    1. Online communication

    Communication regarding contracts may take place by electronic means.


    1. Alternative dispute resolution

    We are neither obliged, nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures in consumer arbitration panels.


    1. Exclusion of liability for third party internet links

    On our pages, we use internet links to make links to other internet pages. For all these internet links, it is valid that: We expressly declare that we have no influence on the style and content of the linked pages. Thus, we expressly distance ourselves from all content on all linked pages belonging to third parties and do not appropriate such content as our own. This statement will apply to all internet links displayed and to all content of the pages to which the links are made.


    1. Language of the contract

    The contract is written in English. The order text is not stored by us and can no longer be accessed after completing the order procedure. You can, however, print the order text immediately after sending the order.


    1. Photo rights

    All photo rights belong to Knockout Fightgear. Their use without explicit prior approval is not permitted.
