🔒 Guarantee Policy

All products sold on our website come with a 30-calendar-day guarantee.
During this period, you may request a return or exchange for any product that is damaged or shows changes in shape, color, or protective performance.

  • All products are backed by a Certificate of Conformity and Quality.

  • Knockout Store operates under the ISO 9001 Quality Certification, ensuring consistent product quality and service.

  • All items in the “Protections” category are CE certified, in compliance with European safety standards.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return or exchange any product, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original or equivalent packaging.

  • Personalized and pre-order products are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for groin guards, mouthguards, or training/fashion masks that have been unsealed or used.


📦 Return Shipping

If you wish to return a product:

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

  • Please ensure the product complies with all return conditions listed above.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after we receive and approve the returned product.

  • The refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • You must return the original item to us at your own cost.

  • We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive and approve the returned product.

  • You may exchange for a product of higher or lower value – any price difference will be settled accordingly.

  • For size changes of the same product, please use the same Return/Exchange Form.

📦 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.
In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer substitute items of equal or greater value.
In rare cases, there may be stock discrepancies between the website and our physical warehouse. We assume responsibility for resolving these situations promptly.


🚚 Delivery

We aim to ship all confirmed orders on the same day the order is placed (over 99% of all packages), as stated in your Dispatch Confirmation.

  • Shipping is handled by our trusted courier partners: DHL Express and DPD Courier.

  • Delays may occur due to customization, stock issues, logistics, or courier-related delays.

  • If we are unable to meet the expected delivery time (in less than 1% of cases), we will notify you and offer either a new delivery date or a full refund.

  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.
