Return And Guarantee Policy


All products displayed on our website have a 30 calendar day guarantee.
During this period, you can exchange any damaged product, or that has changed its shape, color or degree of protection.
All products displayed on our website have a certificate of conformity and quality.
Knockout Store operates under the ISO 9001 quality certificate, so you can enjoy excellent products and services.
All products from the "Protections" range have a European certificate (C.E.)

Return and Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange/return a product, you can do it for free and you have 30 days from the date of dispatch of the order to do so.
The products will be returned in the original or equivalent packaging, they must not show signs of wear, unpleasant smell, scratches, etc.

Personalized products cannot be returned/exchanged.

Also, the products that were ordered in "Pre-order" cannot be returned, but only exchanged for another product of the same or greater value. Exception in the case of Magnifying Glass Mannequins that cannot be returned/exchanged.

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot change or cancel the consideration for: genital protection, dental prostheses and training or fashion masks if they have been unpacked and used.
If you want the money back, we will transfer it to your bank account within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products by us, under the conditions specified above.

If the product arrives damaged, we will bear the transport charges and exchange your product immediately.

You can request a very simple return or exchange by filling out the Return/Exchange Form.

We will send the courier to pick up the product(s) from you within one working day of your request.

If you want to exchange the product for the same product but a different size, please use the same Return/Exchange Form.

You can easily request an exchange with another more expensive or cheaper product; the price difference will be calculated later.

Product availability

All product orders are subject to the availability of the respective products in our stocks.

In this regard, in the event that supply difficulties arise or if the products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you can order.


We will make every effort to complete your order with the product(s) listed in the Dispatch Confirmation by the date specified in said Dispatch Confirmation or, if no estimated delivery date is specified, within the estimated time indicated when selecting the shipping method. delivery and, in any case, within no more than 30 calendar days from the date of Order Confirmation.

However, delays may occur for various reasons, such as product customization, the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or delivery areas, stock errors, and possible courier delays.
