✅ Return & Exchange Conditions

You have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return or exchange.
Products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original or equivalent packaging.
Personalized and pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, groin guards, mouthguards, and training masks cannot be returned if opened or used.

📦 Return Shipping

If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for sending it back to us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged and meets the return conditions.
All courier/shipping costs must be covered by you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your bank account.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
The refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
Shipping fees are not included in the refund.

🔄 Exchange a Product

If you would like to exchange a product, you must send it back to us at the return address above, at your own expense.
Once the returned product is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item.
You may exchange for a more or less expensive product – any price difference will be settled accordingly.
