When choosing a pair of boxing gloves, the correct size, fit on the hand and protection are the most important details.

Make sure they stay fixed on the hand and the fist does not move inside.

Their size varies between 4 - 8 oz for children, and 10 - 16 oz for adults.

Before choosing your fighting equipment, we recommend you measure your weight, height and fist circumference - after consulting the Size Guide, or give us a call and we'll help you.

After use, let the gloves air out and periodically clean them with a disinfectant solution.

A proven fact is that without proper care, your gloves can end up smelling worse than a rotten cabbage.

Therefore, we recommend you to change them periodically, depending on how much you train.

For example, if you train with them for more than 5 hours a week, it is recommended to change them after 12 months of use.
