Knockout Hands Weights
These hand weights have been specially developed to increase the speed and power in strikes of fighters who want to exceed their limits.
Specially created to be used together with boxing gloves.
It is very simply attached to the loop on the cuff of the gloves and is placed behind the wrist in the extension of the glove.
Easy to attach and detach.
Can be used with/without boxing gloves.
Made of thick neoprene, compartmentalized and filled with fine sand.
The weight of a single piece is 1 kg.
It is sold as a set of two pieces.
Ideal for shadow boxing, bag training or palming.
We recommend that half of the training should be done with the weights on and the other half of the training should be without them - this increases the speed and ease of hitting.
